Training

What is your opinion on weight lifting?

Great compliment to armwrestling.

What is your opinion on practicing on an armwrestling table?

The most important armwrestling training. If you want to be good in tennis, your need to play tennis. If you want to be a good armwrestler, you have to armwrestle!

How many hours per week do you spend training?

5-12 times. Every workout is 40-90 minutes long.

What are some of your favorite training exercises?

Armwrestling and "ruzzian training" with the students in teh armwrestling school. (Climbing ropes and training inspired by wrestling. Also gymnastics with a focus on the upper body).

How important is resting?

Really important of course!

Have you had any injuries? If so, how did you rehabilitate the injury?

Yes I have. Elbows and Shoulders. Special rehabilitation with help form the sportsmedicin in Umea.

I can never stop training because if I do, I will not be able to rotate my arms due to my elbows. But that will not be a problem because I love to train!

Nutrition / Diet

How important is proper nutrition to you?

That's the fuel - It's important

What are your favorite foods?

Yes, Elk/Moose (My mother is a good hunter)

Do you take any supplements?

No, you don't need any if you eat good food.

How important are supplements in your training?

NO, YOU DON'T NEED. I'm married to the biathlon athlete Björn Ferry (Olympic Champion) we don't take anything.
